Hello Everyone,
I very much need to come up with a solution to be able to have a list of available videos with a player embedded on my website pretty much along the lines of what is shown here:

I have Flash CS3 but frankly I'm overwhelmed by it.
Does anyone know if there is a pre-packaged application or open source player available to do something like this?
