eagle dude, first and foremost you need to understand the code that makes the .fla work. when you understand that then you'll realize that making the dog bounce off walls requires more work than just;

if there's something you don't understand then just ask.
i would suggest you understand the code then try and make the dog "bounce" of an object like this (run at the red dot).
you will need to "reverse" the dogs direction by multiplying the speed by -1 and then add friction to the speed on a per frame basis to make him ease to a stop.
right now the dog only has two "states" running and still. you will need to change the code to have three "states"; running, still and bounce

look carefully at the script and ask specific questions about the stuff you don't understand.

It looks like it was made 3D and rendered in a toon shading. I don't think it was hand drawn.
