URL linking not working on registered program

    Hi,
I have read several posts on URL linking.
I tried all day to link flash to another web page.

Several posts suggested linking was disabled on unregistered program.

I registered today and still can't get links to work?

Pointer turns to hand, and the URL address shows in bottom bar but when clicked nothing happens....very frustrating.

    Can anyone help please.

    Cheers,
    Baz.

what you mean with Url linking is not understood by me. Can you explain, version of 3DFA and :
If you create a button and have an script with openURL then it should work at the press of the button, I think! I made my movies with the button command OpenURL but it stopped working after version 4 release 6 and in later versions it should be done with an script (I think, correct me if I'm wrong)...

    Hi,
On the menu there is a check box to link movie to web page / web site.

I have received email from support.
It will work on new version out on 27.02.2008

Until then I have to create an invisible button.

    Cheers,
    Baz.

    Hi Again,
I have created clickable buttons with mouseover effects.
Everything works great in the preview, but when I export flash
the buttons show but nothing works?

    I can't figure it out.

    Cheers,
    Baz.

Can you provide an example movie file showing your problem?
    Cheers,
