    What technology to use?

Ok, not sure this is the place, I just have a strange question. Is it possible to achieve this, and if it is, what technology should I look in to? I havent´been able to google the subject with good results.
I have a client that wants to have a kind of shopping cart on his site. So far, easy. The thing is that when the user presses the send button, he wants to receive a phone call, with an electronic voice reading him what the user ordered.

Any guidance about what kind of technology should I be looking at?

that´s not something a web designer should be worrying about- better get in contact with some IT company or guy.
There are some voice reading systems (IBM, AT&T,...)
here is a demo from at&t:

if you license some of those you could create a system that reads out database entries or emails- but the phone thing is kinda dump imo. who uses the phone today anyway?- better go email, sms, rss, ect.

Thanks for your comments. It is for a restaurant that wants to have delivery on their website but don´t have a computer with connection on the restaurant. In my country phone is used by everyone. Cellular and web surfing prices are high.

Wouldn't it be better to send a Fax? Then even if the phone call isn't answered at least there's a fax in the in-tray.
