Converting a whole .fla to a movie clip

I have a new portfolio site up (http://lookarounddesigns.com/) but in the web section I'd like to link to my old portfolio just as an example of some flash work that I've done.

Unfortunately when I created my old portfolio I divided each section up into different modules and then assembled them into one big portfolio (that could be distributed on a CD) using Director. Now I'd like to combine each of those modules into one flash file.

Does anyone know a way to take a entire flash file and convert it into a movie clip? If I could do that I could just take each module make it into a movie clip then assemble them all into one complete flash site. I will of course have to change the Director Lingo to Action Script but that wont be much of a problem at all.

If all else fails I suppose I could link to the director file but I don't want potential employers or gallery browsers to have to have shockwave on their computer to view it.
