iTunes gift cards question

I just launched a pretty big site for a client in the US, and to show their appreciation they fedexed over a $100 iTunes gift card. I live in Sweden, and realized I can't use it at the Swedish iTunes store.

Does anybody know of any ways to use this US gift card in Sweden (or anywhere else than the country where the card was bought?)

All you need is an American address - fake one if you have no contacts in the US... or I can give you a couple easily via PM - and no need for an American credit card... read this for the idea on how...
