if I have created a flash file of psd can I send the font?

Say I have created a psd or flash file and want a 3rd party to print from it or edit it, but they need the font, is there a way to legally bundle it and send it along!

If it's for print, PDF is your best option there.

For editing, you would need to either purchase them a copy of the font, or look at the license attached to it. More than likely, you are able to distribute it to a few people legally.

    you send them the font,

    they print,

    they delete the font.

    ...that's the way it works.

In flash, you can 'Break Apart' all of the text (under the Modify menu, select it twice, turn text into vector art so no fonts are needed). In Photoshop you can 'Rasterize' or 'Convert to Shape' (Layer menu).
