How do you make a stand alone Flash screensaver on a Mac with Flash?

Basically i have a Flash file that i want to create as a stand alone screen saver - i don't want to have to download a program to run it, as i have to send it onto quite a few people who are technotards, so i need to make this as easy as possible.

I am using Flash CS3 on a Mac and the screensavers will be running on a Vista laptops.

Anyone have any idea of what to do - i done it before on Flash 5 but it was years ago and i can't for the life of me remember!

You need a third party utility to create the screensaver file, you can then send that out to people.

    e.g. http://www.screentime.com/software/stf/

    Google is your friend.
