MySQL PHP guy needed for freelance jobs

An ex-colleague of mine needs a MySQL & PHP guy for odd jobs and will pay standard rates (and he does pay up - he paid me).

It'll probably be simply e-mailing a few lines of code back and forth. Good knowledge of MySQL and also PHP and JS will be needed.

UK-based would be an advantage, but not essential.

The first job will be: no Flash / AS required, adding advanced search functions to a PHP and JS-based front-end site which is attached to a MySQL database. The front end needs a kind of eBay detailed search functionality, without looking that ugly.

If he gets someone reliable, more work will follow. I can't do it because it's not my field!

He says he hasn't found anyone so I'm bumping this. This doesn't break forum rules; could be the opportunity someone's looking for..

I'd have thought there'd be plenty of PHP specialists about.
