Appropriate title would be "Flash Animator Wanted (no pay!!)" and I would have lost interest right there, because I rather animate my own stories if there's no incentive to do your work.

However, if you must receive assistance, you could try a trade. You do work or send an item for the worker before he helps you. If you try that approach, contact me at fjgamer@syboard.net and we'll talk. Otherwise, you could include a summary of your story in the topic to show why it's worth animating.
