Watched Devil's Playground last night. Not the best doc but it still had its moments. Those kids all seemed very trashy and the main guy they follow was a meth head. Worth checking out just to see a little sneak peak into those lives of the amish.

Watching "Take a ticket, take the ride" which is a documentary about Hunter S. Thompson. It is on netflix watch instantly for anyone who is interested. GONZO is also on there.

Darren Aronofsky's The Wrestler was fantastic. Mickey Rourke is absolutely perfect in this role, as he is a failed boxer himself. The visuals were exactly to my style, really dirty and raw.

The plot was a little formulaic in parts but what can you do. WATCH IT!

I keep seeing that on list of top movies of 2008. I just couldn't seem to get past the wrestling aspect as I really dislike wrestling. I suppose I can give it a try.

Also that Amish movie was very odd in that Aphex Twin was used for the soundtrack

Went to see Yes Man last weekend. I went there with low expectations due to my "the book is always better than the film" nature but it was soo much better than the book. Danny Wallace was even an extra in a scene towards the end. If you can stomach a disgustingly awkward (even though implicit) sex scene then you have to see it.

I ask you all to concentrate really hard on the freedom of all being. i watched 'Teeth' the other night.....wow, scary (not in the traditional scary sense of the word) and hilarious at the same time.

I can't even give a synopsis without getting banned.

However, i would have really wanted to be in the room when the writers pitched the movie to the studio..

"you see it's about a chick, who bites off dudes stuff with her hoo-haa...can you give us a $1,000,000 to make it?"

I saw that a while ago and while I didn't really like it all that much it was a joy to show it to a whole group of people last semester

About to watch Falling Down. It is kinda old(1993) but I heard it is great.
