Supersmooth Animations. How???

Have a look at the above example. How do they achieve those super-smooth animations? Anytime I try to animate large movieclips, using timeline tweens, tweening engines or tween classes, I always end up with a pretty choppy animation. How do these guys do it? It's all so superclean.

I've been using Flash since 2000, and still can't do smooth stuff like this. What am I doing wrong?

Check either the Tween Classes in the liveDocs, or check Tweener, which, imo, has more possibilities.
