    Uninstalling Adobe Creative Suite

    i'm selling my Mac and buying another one. do i need to somehow deauthorize Aobe Creative SUite or will reformatting the hard drive do the trick?

    if you have an OSX install disc, then you can just erase the disc and install a clean version of the OS.

    In the Help menu CS apps is an item "deactivate", though I don't know if you have to use this if you're transferring a license to another machine or not.
    Ask adobe what you're supposed to do with moving a license around.

    can't remember what i did last year, but i think i deactivated it and reinstalling my OS before i sold it. works fine on the new Mac.

    Yes you have to deactivate your license before you transfer the software to another computer.
