Well first off, I just played blackjack and the dealer got 19-21 19 out of 25 hands.
2ndly, what is with the "Stick" or "Twist"
Why not "hit" or "stand" like normal?

Stick or Twist are terms used as well, in fact those are the ones I most hear in the UK, so it's probably just a regional thing.
