Answer
You can use notepad that comes with any
Windows Platform. I recommend using TextPad
which you can find at http://www.downloads.com.
Make sure when uploading and downloading your
CGI (Perl etc...) that you do so in ASCII mode
or your code will get all messed up and the
server won't be able to read it!
