need to convert .swf to MPEG 4 on a mac
I have a flash movie I want to convert to video, I've looked online for a good product, can anyone suggest a reliable piece of software for this?

you'll want some kind of screen capture software (IMO). Have you looked at Adobe Captivate?

The best swf to video converter I have used is spam swf to video converter, but it seems spam swf to video converter can't work on mac. Anyway, I think you can google with phrase "swf to MPEG 4 converter for mac". Good luck!
Also, I'm a spammer and now my account has been banned from Flash Kit.
Furthermore, the product that I was spamming the crap out of these boards with, has now been added to the filter, thus rendering it impossible to post the word on Flash Kit.
