We all know what online video and broader bandwidth has done for the internet, as well as a few smart entrepreneur's bank accounts. They saw a good thing and were smart enough to capitalize on it. With the ever increasing growth of online technology, what do you perceive as the next big trend of online media?

Part of being an entrepreneur is keeping quiet about your "big idea" until it's ready to launch. Otherwise it becomes someone else's "big idea."

CCTV for idiots now rather then having security cameras watching public areas with cops telling people to pick up after themselves smart-arsed amatuers can get into the act just like having a Michael Jackson Mr Micrhophone with out the inconvience of being there.

Actually prOn is losing it's traffic to Social networking MySpace has tons of traffic.
If you wanted to capitalize on the markets by combining them the idea would be MyBod.com. Some gay social networking site has already done that and been rather succesful. But it hasn't caught on with the straight market.

More integration with appliances and a huge rush of mobile applications. Yes, quite a few of us have smartphones, but if I look around my friends, most still have normal phones and rarely use the internet on them.

I'm thinking bigger - like your car. Find out how much fuel it has, turn the heater on before you get to it, up-to-the-second information about your route. Ford are playing with technology that stops certain drivers going over a certain limit, or driving it at certain times - like the family car.

Or even bigger, your house. The alarm system or central heating.
