    resolved [RESOLVED] Why Can't I send PMs ?

    Just signed up recently and tried to send a PM but when the dialogue comes up it says I do not have permission.

    Is there a time before new members can send PMs ?

    I just tried again and this time it worked. Must be some setting that changed. Thanks

    No. In fact, if you had searched, you would have found the real reason.

    In the past, we had people that would sign up only to send PM's... usually spam or not to utilize the forum as they should. You should ask questions in the proper forum, not message people with each and every question.
