US Flash map?

I am learning Flash and want to make a US map.

Any good tutorial links? I have looked, but coming up short.

I would like basically to show the map, on rollover highlight state, on click go to a specified URL.

I can make a button, and put an image in and have anoverstate work.
My problem is the state outlines...?

Hope I am not being to vague.

or trace a map giving you a vector map with outlines, cut each state and dupe for rollover state.
