Simple Question PLEASE HELP!!

Im using CS3 flash with as 2.0 and i am simply adding an .mp4 into flash by making it an flv and streaming it. I have some other videos that are working fine, but the people sending me the videos sent me a new batch of .mp4s and when i go to preview my movie all i see is the video controls and a blank white screen. AUDIO PLAYS. on the same timeline i used an older mp4 that i had used for the project and it worked fine.

WTH!! why is it doing this and how can i solve it?

I would guess that you're missing a codec for that particular MP4. as far as I'm aware, the MP4 format is just a wrapper for a codec in the same way as quicktime. Have you got a program like VLC or Divx player to test out the video?
