Phil.4:13- I can do all things
It was just working now this.....URL Text Issue..
Hello All:
At this site I am working on - http://www.nebsinc.us/
When you go to the PORTFOLIO page I created a sub menu to drop down.
The part that I have been sitting here since 8pm trying to figure out is that when I make the text a URL, it works fine However, it makes the actual text letters the url and not the whole word, making it hard to click on it.
I had it working at one point but had to undo a couple of times and I forgot what I did.
I know I went into the button, Made another layer, and then used the rectangle tool to make a button behind the text making that the url.
Simple right?
Well, it worked the first time but now, for some odd reason, I touched a setting or something not letting me add actionscripting to the rectangle.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
paul

Have you solved your problem. If yes then can I please request you to detail what has happened and how you solved it. I visited the page but everything was quite fine there

Yes, I solved the issue. What I did was, I went into the button itself of each one I set up.
In the HIT frame of the button I used a rectangle tool and just drew a rectangle around it. That was all I needed to do.
I was getting confused because I thought I needed to also make the rectangle a button or give it a link as well but that is not the case.
I hope this helps someone,
Paul
