FullScreen + Speed Issues

Hello Everyone,

2 Issues:
1. I have created this animation http://cpower.co.il 1280X1024 PX which is based on my resolution. I intended for it to work for all resolutions but it seems that people who use different resolution need to scroll down. I want it to fit exactly at the screen for each resolution? is that possible? I have seen sites that do that.

2. Again, concerning the animation I just mentioned above. For me it works perfectly and for some people but some say it works really slow for them. I suggested them to use FireFox and install the latest Flash Player but is there more I can do?

well i had to scroll down. And im sorry that i dont know how to fix this i really wanted to know this too but i never got the answer. So i hope you get it.
