Wow, dude. http://www.prologicaudiovisual.com/plav12.swf is 20MB! That's WAAAAAY too big.

Most sites now-a-days weigh in at under 1MB total. Something a bit more graphically intense may poke in a few MB with some progressive downloading. Not 20MB in one shot.

I can't really give you specific advice since I didn't feel like waiting for the site to load.

You should start by taking out those 3 embedded videos and load them in when requested by the user. Load them in as external flvs.

    It's still 5MB.

I don't really know what to tell you on how to make it smaller though. Are you embedding a lot of fonts? Are you loading a TON of images internally and not externally? Are your images unnecessarily high resolution? That music playing should be loaded in externally.

There are many things that could be the culprit. I can't tell just from looking at it.

If you go in and optimize all your sliced images in Photoshop you should save some load time. I notice just a single slice in your menu on the right side was something like 70k I was able to get it down to 5k .... go in photoshop press ctrl+shft+alt+s (save for web) Click the 4up tab and select the seccond image and save it as a jpg. .... I would look more into it but the music.... Im listening to something else right now :P ... just wanted to throw in a pointer

Your main problem would be the music you have playing.. taking the most time to load I would find a better way to compress and/or stream this.

These 2 images are your other main problem with the slowest load time. If you optimize doing what I said above this will help you a lot. Your other images are about 80k and 600 on load time and could also be improved as I mentioned before
