flash de compile

Hi,
I have been asked to update a flash website, but it has no .fla files, yikes!

Can somebody recommend a flash de-compiler for me?
I searched google and found:

Has anybody used this one before?

Thanks so much`-` That was the link that I posted, but I got the ** instead, I guess they blocked that link, weird.

I watched a video on the flash blog after posted this, and it seems like it gets all the actionscript, movie clips and everything. This is great as I need to modify a flash site, but the guy lost the .fla. A project converting a AS 1 project to AS 3. It should be lots of work, or I will have to re write the whole app.
