Crisp fonts in Flash 10

I know that there's a sticky above but it seemes like it's from 2003. There must be other ways in newer versions of Flash.

I have a Static text - Bitmap text (no anti-alias) (Verdana Regular 10 - Letter spacing 1.0 - Auto kern unchecked) looks crisp on stage but when exported it's way blurry why?

Once you go that small you need to use pixel fonts. or set to device fonts.
