My first site!

I have offered my services to a company called EMS (Express Medical Services) who sell dental supplies, mainly disinfectors.

Wanted to know if these were any good!?
I have first of all said I'd create three mock ups for them to choose from, here they are:

Now they have been done in flash and are just images (apart from three that has some rollovers). I told the client I would supply some mock ups, not sure if these would class as mock ups but they can certainly get a good picture.

This is my first site so I really want it to look good, by the way I'm also going to try some other designs (more for a portfolio than anything) because I've realised I'm sticking to the same sort of layout...I want to pay about some more with tweens etc.
