Hello All,

this is my first posting. I'm new to flash but have started getting my hands dirty in the animation world. I was looking to get some advice.

I've done video editing for some time and was wondering what the best settings for exporting a crisp animation out of flash would be to composite in Adobe Premiere, or After effects, or Motion, or Final Cut?

Any help you can give would be great.
