cant get links to work and adobe wont help

i have a flash that I have tried to add my html link to the aboutus.htlm, billboard.html, and contac.html and it is not working? I am still new but would like to email the flash file for someone to tell me why its not working- I added the link for aboutus.html but its not working

Hi there! First of all: Thank you so much for creating this website!!

Second: I've embedded links into a textblock (text settings html) on my website and it works perfectly, untill i click the link. That's when i get the message:

changing the setting doesnt help, also loading normal flash sites does not trigger this message. I appreciate any help

When ever you try to run any javascript Or try to open any HTML page this kind of screen comes up. You have to goto Settings and add your location as a trusted location. You have to do this just once and your code will work for ever.

Let me know if you are not sure what is to be done after clicking settings!

Thank you, this works, but will other people get this message when i publicise it? I recon most people will thrown off by such a warning, is there a way to prevent this?

p.s. i think it has to do with playing the swf locally, is that correct?

Yes, others will too get this message if they have not added location to the flash security settings panel. Thats quite sad, but definetly this security process carries some meaning.

i found the reason of this message, it only does this with locally played files, so not with files from a different location, the website works perfectly fine now
