it's too much pp. Your masking and recoloration of the bkg is off and the sharpening seems uneven so the photo has 2 different feels between the clock and building.
I'd venture to say if you just cropped to the clock and removed the building, it'd be a better balanced image.

Yeah I tend to agree. I think it would look better maybe with just some tweaking of the curves, not too much tho! The clock really doesn't look natural!
