I just downloaded a programme called swf browser from http://www.swifftools.com as I have lost one of my source files for a demo I was building. I now only have the .swf file left and apparently this programme can dissect these files and you can save the information from them.

I am just having one problem though. The programme says that you have to parse the file first. I have been trying this many times now nut I just keep getting a box saying I need to parse the file first which is exactly what I am trying to do.

Does anyone have any experience in using this programme and if so does anyone know where I'm going wrong.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Smile swf browser

    Mark,

You have to select in the left frame the movie you want to parse. Right-mouse-click and "open with swf browser".

Then you see the movie playing.
Then go with your mouse to the top and "parse movie" and there you go....
You have to save it as.... and then you can open the movie!

Succes and let me know you've succeeded.
