Make this file less jumpy, easing?

So I am taking this flash file for a friend. They want to make it less jumpy, I am also going to animate each individual piece of paper as if its in the wind. What I really need to find out is how to make it less jumpy and more smooth when clicking on each button. I have attached a file. Thanks.... I tried messing with the kfps but it did not seem to help.

Can you post the swf? If we can see the swf we can probably tell if it's an optimization problem or a coding problem.
