Music in Flash MX 2004

Having a little trouble with the quality of my music when playing in flash.
When i play the animation normally its fine.
But when i quick export to view it, the quality of track is poorer. Why is this?
Can anyone help me out at all.

if you are importing the music file, and then exporting the video as a whole the quality is going to suffer, Use an external sound clip and call it up using action script.

Also wrong section.
