    Server support for recording audio

    Hey everyone!
I've been looking around for a way for a website visitor to record audio and store it to my server in a simple-to-use type of way. I found a couple of flash-based apps (such as this one: http://www.avchat.net/flash-audio-recorder.php) which seem promising however none of them provide the .fla and I would really like to customize/skin it myself.

Does anybody have experience working with similar projects or applications? Maybe somebody knows of a free open-source version!

    Thanks,
    Danny

For free open-source, you'd need to get Red 5.

Do you know of any open source/Red5 options that I should check out?

Red 5 is an application that would need to be run on a server that you'd connect to via RTMP. Red 5 itself is an open source app: http://osflash.org/red5
