    Newgrounds:

    Although 75% is full of user-made crap, the 25% is what makes newgrounds the best FREE user-submitted website. Its practically youtube, only with flash.

    I like nitrome, the art is good, the gameplay not that good but in the end the results are ok,they make some of the very few flash games that i play more than 5 seconds

    Newgrounds and Kongregate. They don't have the spammy feel of most flash game sites and Newgrounds has a lot of great original content that's not anywhere else.
