I haven't personally used Blazonco, I'm just making that opinion based on previous work experience with [name removed]. I'd rather not discuss details since I don't really want negative things coming up for my company talking about [name removed] in a bad way.

Toltec, see my original reply. The guy was lying. If he could get it at the price in the US, then he would have used that developer again, not tried to negotiate with someone in another country.

I'm regularly undercut, it never bothers me. Serious customers know the price of good development, and will always ask for something that can't be taken from a template either.

I've had plenty of cases where I've been hired to re-build something that was build badly and cheaply. Some clients even go for the cheaper quotes then find that you get what you pay for and then decide to come back to me after getting burned.

Yeah, we were subcontracted to work with them on a few projects. One for American Express and one for Hitachi.
