    Rights for casino games

    do you need to pay fees or anything to create casino games? the games i'm looking at are roulette, blackjack, craps, baccarat, and video poker.

    apart from video poker, they're all 200-600 years old. So no, you don't.

    if you want to host games like that and take money then it's a different story, most countries you need a license. some countries its illegal.
