Quickest easiest way to embed move in wordpress

I don't have flash installed nowdays but i want to air a wmv into the wordpress blog the easiest and basic way with just the a simple box player or something with just, mute and perhaps play & stop.

I guess i can find an wmv converter to flv but anyone know of a simple player i can embed that does not need tweeking and is ready to go. I don't want to use youtube or any other viral video sites. But can upload it to my own server.

Onyone with a simply easy system i can put up there quick?

You can convert your wmv video to flv and use a pre-design FLV player to play the resulting flv on your wordpress blog.
