Preloader Help Please

I made my site (http://www.kdk12.co.uk) as a complete novice to flash and webdesign and did not think about the size/download-time of it at all.

This now means it takes more than a few moments to load. Which I can ignore except for the fact that the user has nothing but a blank screen while the site loads. From my webstats I can see several users have left at this point.

Basically I want to do this...

http://tutorials.learnflash.com/tuto...preloader.html (a basic 'image fill' preloader if you can't be arsed looking)

But in AS2 (like the rest of my site)

Also I'm wondering how i would add this to my already completed site.

Any help would be most greatly appreciated!!
