Animated Fire / Flames for a food picture in SwishMax, please help!

Hi!
Can someone please help in animating the attached picture's Fire/Flames part?
I've also attached a .SWI file which I found on the net but when I try to bring in those flames in this file's .SWI then it doesn't work.
I don't mind starting fresh, it'll actually be ideal, does anyone know a step-by-step tutorial I can follow? Or can someone please help?

I've tried searching a lot but can't find anything which fits my image.

Please help!
