How to control Focus order in Flash lite 1.1.Say if i have two textfield and two buttons and placed in top to bottom order.I have to change the focus order form bottom to top
I am sorry but I for now I really dont have any leads about controlling focus order in FlashLite. This is quite disturbing, but a fact. even I have taken up this task on google and was not able to find any proper update....fortunately a few days later I upgraded to FlashLite 2.1 and all such probs were resolved...
there is no way to control the order in which Flash Lite 1.1 assigns focus. Instead you create your own navigation system that gives a custom made highlight to elements on the screen.
I am quite not sure how giving custom highlights can help us to do so. Can I please request you to upload any sample FLA with some three buttons and custom highlights imitating focus order?
Cheers!

Out of the many posts, this one attract my attention. I believe it is possible for anyone to participate.
Excellent ! I like it very much.
To set the focus order you have to study Flash Lite 1.1 Platform a little bit to handle this type of problem.
In my next post you will find a sample which explain ....
Attached SWF file did not make me understand. We have a very specific issue of not able to set the focus order to start with 1st control in a page and further on.
This happens in Lite 1.1, Is there a way this can be over come ?
In the attached fla
1. When we press the down button in the mobile phone or in the emulator, initial focus goes to radio button which is sixth item from top to bottom but the focus should go to the first item which is an input box.
2. When a combo box is opened, initial focus should go to the first item but it’s not happening (it’s a custom build combo box (but taken from CDK) so obviously the focus can’t go automatically, however we are not able to set the focus to the first item manually).
3. When the focus is at the last item of combo box, in the next press of the down button focus should be retained in the same item but it goes to some other item in the screen.
