Swish Menu button FX

Hey guys,

I have a question about a flash menu that i want to duplicate
i tried so many times to create the same FX but its not working

Dose any body has a quick trick or can guide me to create something
like this: http://www.bellylive.com/site/
-Its the TOP menu on the site.

i need to create the scrolling menu in this site.
