Has anyone here tried out the Adobe Alchemy OGG decoder?

I am trying to find out if there is a way to support OGG streams from IceCast server using this decoder. It seems it enables Flash to play OGG but it is not clear whether there is a way to enable flash to treat the OGG as a true stream rather than a download or progressive download.
