how to make glass looking drawing

Hi all, i'm drawing a sky scrapper in flash and i'm trying to make the glass windows. I've tried a couple gradients but none of them are giving a shinny feel, wonding if anyone has any tips of how to make something look like glass, maybe a mask or something?
