I don't get on Fk as much as I'd like lately, I've had quite a bit of work on lately, and look after the grandchildren a lot, especially the nearly 4 year old Dylan who's a great little chap - we have a lot of fun together. Also we got an allotment in April and I've spent many happy hours down there in the summer, sweetcorn straight off of the plant and onto the bbq is gorgeous.
Anyway, as I turned 60 this morning I just thought I'd share some of my happiness with my old friends here, you've given me a lot of fun and I especially enjoy reading your diverse political views. Also, as I don't know anyone in the real world who uses Flash, I'd never have got this far without the help of the community, I've learnt an immense amount, and occasionally had the pleasure of helping people who know even less than me.
Planning a fairly quiet day today, out to lunch with my wife, Gelda (Ruby wedding this year), seeing our sons and their families later, then very good friends are coming round for dinner, and plenty of Rioja.
Tomorrow I've booked a room for a party, with lots of live music, starting with myself and my friend, Bob, who I've been playing guitar with for nigh on 40 years, then my youngest lad is doing a turn plus other good friends turning up to play.
I just wish all of you could be there, too.
