My very own DIY digital photo frame.

Been working at this on&off all week. I think it turned out pretty good.

So for xmas my gf got a new laptop as her old one was on it's last leg as a usable daily laptop. So I had the idea that we could turn it into a digital photo frame for her parents. I setup a flickr account for them so we can add photos from anywhere and they will wirelessly stream to the frame.

This is how it turned out:

Few cuts here and there and a little stain and this is what I came up with.

i skimcoated the walls in my kitchen to remove a texture that was put on the plaster & lathe, but creative...no.

I'm making some new bookshelves - but I'll up some photos later. I'm actually copying a design of some I already own, but didn't feel like paying the extra for some more - they're like $500 bucks or some ****.

I'll up the pics whenever I either think about it or remember - getting old and bored.

I painted the baby's room and built a sh*t-ton of ikea furniture.

I'm an artist. My hands are too valuable to risk them in that sort of manual labor.
