Pan up shot effect

Hey all, I've been trying to recreate a camera move in flash and just having the hardest time, the shot I'm trying to achieve is a slow pan from the floor to a wall, simple enough, but everytime I try it it looks like hell. if any of you folks could point me in the right direction as to how to keep the perspective from looking all crapish, like I'd really appreciate it.
