MP4 video for web site using Flash 8 (mac)?

I have video files that are MP4. I would like to be able to click the thumbnail and the video pops up in the designated area and plays. If there is a tutorial that I can go to please forward me the link. Or help me help myself. I can convert the video files into something else, but; what actionscript would I use? I am currently set for 2.0.

Looks like what you need is a custom Flash player using NetStream and not the Flash video component.
