    Oscar Nominations

    The list:
    http://www.filmofilia.com/2010/02/02...the-full-list/

    So what do you think?

I am especially glad "UP!" made it to the Best Picture nomination

Other than that, I think District9 might be my personal favourite. "Avatar" was pretty good, "A Serious Man" was a bit too strange for me, "Up in the air" was okay. "The Hurt Locker" was good I guess, but I found it to just be alot of scenes without too much of a connection. And even though "Inglorious Basterds" had Waltz, who was really good (And deserves the best actor in supporting role) I wasn't too impressed by the movie...

Yet, I guess that they'll give alot of prices to one movie, and I guess Avatar is a movie who could typically get many prices...

If I was among AMPAS, here's how my voting slip would look like (based on movies I've watched).

    1. Avatar *tremendous impact on me*
    2. District 9 *quite an impact on me*
    3. The Blind Side *slight impact*
    4. Up In The Air *entertaining*
    5. Inglorious Basterds. *entertaining*
    6. Up *moving*

The rest not listed cos I've yet to catch them.
