Very good. Could have been excellent, but for the finish which was unnecessary. In fact I was dreading the ending playing out with that final shot. Pacing was off towards the last quarter too. Shame.

I agree...saw it at the IMAX and the effects were great, the concept was fabulous and well scripted. It just seemed that everything kept building and building and then it sort of started slipping near the end and didn't quite have the impact I was hoping for. Of course, they left it open-ended as all movies seem to do these days...
Given the same choice, I'd still see it again...
