Need some adivice on where to go next

So I have been working on a new Photoshop project for a few days already, and in that time, I have made quite a few adjustments to several elements. Honestly, I can say that I'm quite happy with how far the project has come along, but I'm at a bit of a stand-still as to where to go next. One idea that I had was to put a bar in front of the dome, but as I went on, I began to have doubts as to whether that kind of element would be suitable, as the background is ocean



Another idea is to maybe put some lounge chairs in there, or leave them out, and just put a couple of light fixtures










What do you guys think?

you should definitely adjust the brightness. the water is fine, but anything else is too dark. I can't really see what's in the dark areas. I think you should also make the lines a bit thinner.
